The Sanctuary Facelift committee has scheduled a Special Voters Meeting today, after the late service. Congregational input is needed before the facelift can proceed. VBS Registration has begun! Shipwrecked runs July 23-27. Go to our website for more information and to register. You can sign up to volunteer also! Come and be Rescued by Jesus. On Easter Sunday a pair of reading glasses was left in the sanctuary. You can pick them up in the church office . Adult Instruction Class The Adult Instruction Class goes over the basic teachings of Christianity. There is an interest for a class. If you would like to be a part of this class, let Pastor know.
Volunteers Needed!!!! Sign up forms are now available! There is a wide variety of ways you can help with this program. If you have questions please contact Robin Gilbert or Elaine Botka for more information. Midweek has resumed with a fellowship meal at 6 p.m. and confirmation and classes starting at 6:30 p.m. The Adult Class is being lead by Cheryl Mattil. Don’t forget to pick up your second quarter Portals of Prayer. They are available in the Narthex. Take one for a friend also.
A church work day has been scheduled for Saturday April 28th. We will get started at 9 am with a variety of projects. There is plenty to do for everyone. Mowers are needed to help keep the grounds around Grace looking nice. The sign up sheet is on the bulletin board by the mailboxes. We have the equipment we just need your help for it to work.
Do you need a scholarship? We are now accepting applications for the LevaWhiting Scholarship and the Grace Church Work Scholarship. If you are interested, the church office has the guidelines and applications. Deadline for applying is Sunday, May 13th. With the painting and flooring completed in the church office, we would now like to decorate the walls. We are asking the members to donate a cross or bible verse plaque for this endeavor.
