The youth going to Pioneer Camp at Camp Lone Star Sub sandwiches for Super Bowl Sunday will be ready to pick up after the late service. Thank you for supporting our youth. Take a moment to share where you are. When you Tweet/Facebook/ Instagram that you are at Grace, your message serves as an invitation and witness for others!
Please note, on February 26 there will be only one Worship Service at 10:30 a.m.
What is coming is better than what is gone! Our Congregation is celebrating its 75th anniversary this year! We are planning four special events throughout the year to help us not only remember God’s blessings upon us in the past, but to think about how we can serve God and this community in the future. Our first activity will be on February 26. We have invited Patrick Miller, a son of the congregation who entered the pastoral ministry, to be our preacher for our worship service on that day. We will have a potluck dinner after the late service. Stay tuned for information about other activities.
Bulletin Board Photos Jane & Gorlyn Bronstad will be taking photos of our members during the month of February. If your photo is not on the board, or if you want to update your photo, come to the Grace Library (at back of Fellowship Hall) after early or late service and have your picture taken!
The first quarter Sunday School offerings will go to Grand Central Station Dining Car in Sherman.
Sojourners will meet Tuesday, February 7 at 10:00 a.m. Contact Gorlyn at 903868-0437 for more information. Our Ladies of Grace Bible Study invites you to join us on Wednesday, February 8 at 11 a.m. for prayer, sharing of God’s Word, and an always delicious potluck lunch. We’ve chosen to continue studying our Exceptional Women of the Bible and will now peer into the life of sweet Anna, a prophetess who served in Jerusalem. Read ahead in Luke Chapter 2. If time permits, we will also review an extraordinary woman named Rosa. No, not that special Rosa; Rosa Young. Look it up! There will be prizes!! Kay Clark 817-307-8405
