Grace provides a quarterly devotion book, Portals of Prayer, for anyone who would like to use them. The July—September issue is now available in the Narthex. There are a limited number of large print editions. Please take them to use and to share. Spend time in God’s Word every day. Camp Noah VBS Tree of Life Lutheran is offering a special VBS this year. At Camp Noah, a team of Certified Camp Staff will accompany campers through an intentional process that enables the children to process their disaster experiences and gives them the space and time necessary to tell their stories and build resiliency skills. If you would like to help provide things for this camp, there is a list of items needed for meals and snacks on the bulletin by the church office. Please silence cell phones during Worship Service. Thank you.

Altar Flowers If you have signed up for flowers on the altar, please remember to remit $30. You can put it in an offering envelope and mark it “flowers.”

The Lutheran Hymn Festival 2016, Grace Alone, Faith Alone, Scripture Alone, will be held on Sunday, October 16 at 7:00 p.m. This will be the tenth Lutheran Hymn Festival to be held in Dallas since 1993. It will take place in one of the world's greatest concert halls, the Morton H. Meyerson Symphony Center. This year's festival will feature hymnody from the Lutheran tradition, with an emphasis on next year's 500th anniversary of the Reformation. Many of the hymns were written and composed by Martin Luther. Mowers are needed! The sign up sheet for June thru August is on the bulletin board in the Fellowship Hall! We have the equipment we just need the manpower. If you would be willing to take a turn, please sign up. If you need more information, contact Pastor. Remember in Prayer  Heather McCormick as she considers our call to join our ministry here at Grace as our Children’s and Family Minister.  Members of Grace who will attend  Pioneer Camp at Camp Lone Star  The Youth Gathering in New Orleans  The LWML Convention in Lubbock  All those who are traveling  Those affected by the tragedies that have taken place in Orlando over the last week.

Who has requested prayers? Who was that person I talked to after service? What’s going on at Grace this month?

Those are the types of questions that are easily answered if you join The Table! When you join, fill out your profile and share a picture of yourself, you are adding to the online church directory that is available instantly to other members...but don’t worry, it is not made public. It is only visible to members and regular attenders of Grace. It is also a great way to share information, prayer requests, ask for assistance, and more.

glcdenison.table.org Food For The poor was founded on the basis of this Gospel. We seek out the poorest of the poor in 16 different countries, aiding some of the most destitute. In each face we see the living Christ, who is hungry, thirsty, a stranger and naked. Our ministry focuses on the greatest needs of the destitute. Just as our Lord served those society ignored, we are there; feeding the hungry, building water wells for thirsty villages building houses for the homeless, aiding the impoverished elderly, raising orphans in a loving atmosphere of Christian discipline, healing the sick or overcoming illiteracy by supporting school. Next Sunday, June 26 we will have a representative from Food For The Poor to share with us.
