Please fill out a Family Registration Card with your Prayer Requests. Pass cards to the center aisle so the ushers can collect them. Children are welcome in the worship service. They are invited to the front for a children’s message in the Blended service. A nursery is provided for children 3 and under during the Sunday School and the Blended Service. The ushers will assist you in finding the nursery.

Our mission project for through September is Sole Hope, a ministry that provides shoes for orphans in Uganda. There will be a hands on project for this on August 8. We will be using patterns to cut out the pieces to make shoes, which will be shipped to Africa to be assembled. Right now, we are asking you to start saving cleaned, empty milk jugs and used blue jeans. (When you wash out the milk jugs, please leave the caps off and let them dry. We don’t need the caps!) Grace provides a quarterly devotion book, Portals of Prayer, for anyone who would like to use them. The July—September issue is now available in the Narthex. There are a limited number of large print editions. Please take them to use and to share. Spend time in God’s Word every day.

We help put communities and lives back together Upbring Disaster Response (Formerly called Lutheran Services of the South) is prepared to step in to help families and communities in the aftermath of natural disasters – tornadoes, hurricanes, floods or wildfires – in Texas, Oklahoma and Louisiana.
