Wednesday the 28th will be the last Midweek/Confirmation until January. Join us for the Advent services on Wednesdays in December. The Advent meals this year will be provided by the Pioneer Campers. If you are planning on attending camp next summer you are encouraged to help with the meals to lower your cost for the camp. Please get with Josh or Amy Velten to see what you can do. Please join us Saturday December 1st to decorate our remodeled sanctuary for Advent. We will be getting started at 9:00 a.m.
Karaoke night!!! It is time to warm up your singing voice for the season. Join us Saturday evening for fun and laughter in the Fellowship Hall. Bring a snack to share. It all starts at 6 pm.

The annual Congregational meeting will be held on December 9th after the second service. Please plan to attend.
A new year is fast approaching and now is the time to sign up for Online giving. It is so easy! Look for the link at glcdenison.org. There is also a Give+ Mobile App available from Google Play and the App Store. You can give using your checking account, debit card, or a credit card. Contact the church office for more information. You must resign up each year. It does not carry over to the new year.
December will be a event filled month starting on the very first day! Saturday December 1 we will decorate the church for the Advent Season. Decorating begins at 9 a.m. Saturday December 1 will be a family night with Karaoke. The fun starts at 6 p.m. Please bring a snack to share. Sunday December 2 we will start hosting Family Promise for the week. Please contact Robin Gilbert or Elaine Botka to volunteer. Friday December 7 Handbells will be performing at the Denison Library at 5:30 p.m. Saturday December 8 the Praise Team (and anyone else that would like to) will be Caroling at the annual Denison on Ice. Please Contact April for the details. Saturday December 15 first of two Saturday Children's program practices. Starts at 10:00 a.m. Saturday December 22 second Children’s program practice. Starts at 10:00 a.m. Sunday December 23 Children's Program. 10:30 am (late service) Monday December 24 Christmas Eve Candle Light Service 7:00 p.m. Sunday December 30 No early service. Brunch at 9:15, followed by service at 10:30. The new Lutheran Women's Quarterly is now available in the Narthex.
