Please fill out a Family Registration Card with your Prayer Requests. Pass cards to the center aisle so the ushers can collect them.  Children are welcome in the worship service. They are invited to the front for a children’s message in the Blended service.  A nursery is provided for children 3 and under during the Sunday School and the Blended Service. The ushers will assist you in finding the nursery.

Let's have a salad luncheon, Ladies! After the late service on September 13, bring something to share with the other ladies of the congregation and enjoy a wonderful time of fellowship. A brief meeting for LWML will follow the luncheon for those who choose to stay. The LWML FALL Quarterly is available in the Narthex.

LWML Dal-North Zone 2015 Fall Event, Sunday, October 18, 1:30—6:00 p.m. at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church 4000 Midway Rd., Carrollton Celebrate His Goodness! Speaker: Jan Brunette, LWML Texas District V.P. Christian Life. Registration begins at 1:30 p.m., supper will be served. Ingathering is for Rev. Sabir Bashir of LINCNorth Texas, Lutheran Student at The University of Texas Arlington. See the Bulletin Board for a list of items to bring for the Ingathering.

Grace is having a Church Picnic on Sunday, September 27th. We will have an outdoor service at 10:30 a.m. There will be no Early Service or Sunday School that day. This will be a Pot Luck (Men are not cooking for this one.) New Member Welcome will take place during the service.

Chain Saw Training September 18-19, 2015 at The Summit Lutheran Church in Aledo, TX If you are interested in this training, please see Pastor for more information. Habitat for Humanity is beginning a new build on October 3. They are in need of groups or individuals willing to provide noon meals for workers on Wednesdays (about 10 people) and Saturdays (15-20 people). A sheet of meal suggestions is available on the bulletin board. If you need more information, speak to Pastor. Grace provides a quarterly devotion book, Portals of Prayer, for anyone who would like to use them. The October—December issue is now available in the Narthex. There are a limited number of large print editions. Please take them to use and to share. Spend time in God’s Word every day. Community Pancake Breakfast, Saturday October 3, starting at 8 a.m. This will be FREE and open to the public. If you would like to help prepare and serve this meal, please speak to Pastor. Flyers are available at the Welcome Center to place in your business and pass out to invite your neighbors. Pastor’s Adult Instruction Class goes over the basic teachings of Christianity. The class will be held September 25-26. We will meet on Friday from 6:30-8:30 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m.– 2 p.m. If you would like to be a part of this class, let Pastor know. A sign up sheet for September and October for mowing the church yard and field is on the bulletin board in the Fellowship Hall .
