After our theatre doors have been closed for more than a year, we’re gearing up to reopen for in-person performances and events just in time for the Halloween season! Under new management and presenting a mix of tried and true Legacy productions and brand new Premiere productions, we can’t wait to see you!

What are Legacy and Premiere productions, you ask? Well, as we hope to reimagine and expand what you see at the Puppet Co., we also want to honor where we came from. So, Legacy productions are the shows created and performed by our founders, who retired in July of 2020. You’ll see the shows you know and love, like Wizard of Oz, Cinderella, and The Nutcracker, and so many more! Premiere productions are the new shows we’ll be creating for you! You’ll see additional puppetry styles, new stories, and hopefully see yourself in some of the characters on stage. Out of an abundance of caution for our littlest patrons, we are planning on waiting to reinstate some of our programming. Classes will come offline and be in the theatre again, though at smaller class sizes. Tiny Tots will be back in December on a smaller schedule, and will return in full in the spring. At this time, the birthday room is not available for rental until 2022. We hope to see you soon!

Wednesdays: 9:30am-7pm Thursdays and Fridays: 9:30am-3:30pm Saturdays and Sundays: 9:30am-2:30pm Please note, our lobby is open for all of our box office hours. We may ask you to come back to look at the displays a bit later if we’re in the middle of a show.

Ticket Prices for MAIN STAGE productions:

Adults and Children 2 Years and Older: $15 Adults must accompany children under 8 years old! Group rates (per person) are available with advance reservation through the Box Office: • Groups of 20 or more: $9 • Groups of 50 or more: $8 • Groups of 100 or more: $7

Ticket Prices for TINY TOTS Performances:

Tickets are $7 and are required for all patrons 2 and up and for little ones who are starting to crawl or walk. Please help us make sure there’s enough space for everyone when you’re considering if your child needs a ticket.

Hershel and the Hanukkah Goblins

Mainstage Premiere November 17, 2021 – January 2, 2022* Hershel just wants to celebrate Hanukkah with the community, but the King of the Goblins has forbidden the lighting of the candles. Can Hershel save the day and lift the curse for this shtetl (village)? Join us during Hanukkah (November 28 - December 5) to take home a special gift.

The Nutcracker

Mainstage Legacy November 26, 2021- January 2, 2022* The 32nd Anniversary of our perennial holiday treat! The Puppet Co. brings to life Tchaikovsky’s musical adaptation of the tale by E. T. A. Hoffman. Larger than life-size costume characters and marionettes delight Clara- Marie, and the audience, on a magical journey through the “Land of the Sugarplum Fairy.” *Hershel and the Hanukkah Goblins and The Nutcracker will run on many of the same days. This means that The Nutcracker will perform in the mornings and early afternoons, and Hershel and the Hanukkah Goblins will perform in the later afternoon!*
