3D Secure Acquiring – E-commerce Solution In order to be able to accept 3DSecure transactions an acquiring bank must be certified for MasterCard SecureCode and Verified by Visa. RomCard provides a “turn key” solution to the acquiring banks and will perform the entire certification, with the international payment systems (Visa/MasterCard), on behalf of the bank. Once certified, the bank will have access to the following features, provided by our MPI solution: • Unlimited merchant accounts; • Multi-currency processing (currently: EUR, USD, RON); • Multi-languages payment interface;

3D Secure Issuing – E-commerce Solution In order to be able to enroll its cards into 3DSecure an issuing bank must be certified for MasterCard SecureCode Issuing and Verified by Visa Issuing services. RomCard provides a complete solution to the issuing banks and will perform the entire certification, with Visa and MasterCard, on behalf of the bank. After certification the bank can enroll its card into 3DSecure platform and will have access to the following services, provided by our ACS: • Multi-currency processing (any currency) is available; • Unlimited card numbers may be enrolled; • Multi-language authentication screen;
• Multi-language activation screen; • Simple and easy management of enrolled cards • Personalized activation screen based on the bank needs • Card activation screen linked with RomCard website • High performance load balanced environment • Additional features can be easily added by request: • Activation During Shopping – can be available upon bank request • Integrated call center services for cardholder actions (password reset, counters resets, etc.)
