Non‐Profit Seeks Financial Business Manager We are a Vibrant Non‐Profit Organization Making a Difference in Georgia. You are an Extremely Organized and Detail‐Oriented Numbers Person with a Sense of Humor and Drive to be Part of a High‐Performing Team.

GLISI is looking for a part‐time Financial Business Manager to join a hard‐working non‐ profit team that gets up in the morning to help Georgia schools get better by developing great leaders. With a staff of ten full‐time professionals and an annual budget of $3.3m, our Financial Business Manager is an essential team member with responsibilities for developing, implementing and continuously improving GLISI’s financial processes and fiscal health. This position supports GLISI’s mission through the management and coordination of all financial functions of our growing non‐profit organization including:  Accounting and bookkeeping  Financial analysis and planning  Budget development, reporting and monitoring  Audit and tax preparation  External financial reporting  Payroll and  Contract management

 Expert facility with Excel and QuickBooks  Mastery level fluency in GAAP and cash

accrual‐basis accounting systems  Knowledge of non‐profit fiduciary

requirements and non‐profit financial management  Strong verbal and written communication ability  Process development and planning  Project management
