Molbak’s Landscape Architecture and Design team created welcoming, Florentine-inspired outdoor rooms. These improvements dramatically enhance the outdoor living spaces and include:

• New buff sandstone pathways and steps in geometric pattern with buff decorative gravel to add warmth

• Custom stone patio in diamond pattern with brick edge to match house

• Custom steel pergola, gate arch and window protection by local metal artist

• Planting design and installation throughout yard, focusing on the new alfresco dining space, recreation area and rooftop garden, including soil amendments

• New container gardens/pottery in Mediterranean theme, complete with specimen olive tree and herb garden

• Irrigation throughout new installations

• Custom carpentry including fencing, arbor and gates with keypad locks for privacy and security

• Custom recessed recreation area with seating

• Steel edge treatment

• Arborist pruning of specimen trees
