A culture of caring. Coldwell Banker Bain has always had a philosophy of giving back to the community. We have an advanced community partnership program. We give because we care. Although PR and Marketing opportunities exist around giving to causes or supporting social initiatives, that is not our motivation, our goal is to make a difference. In 2015, the Coldwell Banker® brand started the Homes for Dogs Project, in partnership with Adopt-a-Pet.com, to find loving homes for dogs in need. Our affiliated agents and staff have gone above and beyond in embracing the initiative, with many volunteering their time, taking to social media and hosting local adoption events. The Homes for Dogs Project has become a powerful way for agents to connect with their communities and has led to tens of thousands of adoptions—an accomplishment we’re extremely proud of.

About me,
Ahmed Elsayed. A former owner of his own successful independent real estate practice for 21 years and as an architect, Ahmed then joined the Lake Oswego office of Coldwell Banker Bain. Throughout his career Ahmed has found it rewarding to be generous with his time, when someone needs real estate guidance he’s happy to provide that to the best of his ability even if it means the guidance is given for free. This long term focus on building relationships and creating win-win solutions is something that has helped him be successful over the long term. When brokering a transaction Ahmed’s talents are shown in helping parties who naturally have competing interests come together to create an agreement that works for everyone. An example is when he brokered a joint venture between a governmental agency and a land developer, reducing the risk and expense to the developer and creating a smoother, more transparent process for the agency so all parties could be successful. This approach that sees opportunities and solutions when others do not allows Ahmed to be of value to the transaction in a variety of scenarios. Whether a complex high-value negotiation with or working with a homeowner, his process starts with listening to clients, and understanding the issues that are important to them to develop a deep understanding of their interests. Focusing on what his clients consider to be a positive outcome and guiding them through their real estate decisions is his process for creating results where everyone wins. In his non-work life Ahmed has two kids and enjoys running, CrossFit, and bike riding in the outdoors. Prior to moving to Oregon he lived in Cairo, Egypt so he is fluent in Arabic as well as English.
