Postcards There is no cost for the set up of our templated postcards. Once complete, we will upload the final postcard to XpressDocs for you, or your staff, to complete the order. XpressDocs will take care of the addressing, printing, and mailing of your cards – or have them shipped to you for hand delivery. Choose from our library of templates such as “Ready to Sell?” or “What is your home worth?”. Looking for some data to send out? Our stats card allows you to target a specific area with the latest market info, while our MarketFLASH card provides a blanket look at the statistics for the county. Our seasonal cards such as “Happy Holidays” or “Farmers Markets” provide you with that extra touch to your customers throughout the year.

Our monthly campaigns automate the process for you, giving you more time to focus on other aspects of your business. For those on social media (Facebook Business, Twitter or LinkedIn), take advantage of DeltaNet’s automatic postings feature with the My Customer For Life (MCFL) campaign, new listings, sold, and open house announcements. My customer for life (MCFL) The MCFL articles can be found in DeltaNet Under the Marketing tab. These articles can be set to send/post weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or quarterly. Each article links back to your personal Cbbain webpage so your branding will shadow them as they browse the site. These articles are written by DeltaNet and include a Buying, Selling and Home Improvement article in each edition. The articles can also be browsed and sent individually through the articles link in DN.
Bain monthly newsletters Our monthly newsletter includes both general real estate articles as well as branch specific articles and is branded with your information. The campaign is updated each month and sent to send on the 1st Monday of the month. This can also be sent as an eblast or a print version can be created and ordered through Xpressdocs.

MarketFLASH The marketFLASH report is produced the second week of the month. The data used to create the report is provided by the NWMLS and is based on the NWMLS areas. The report includes data for active listings for the previous month and YTD, closed sales for the previous month and YTD, the median sales price YTD, average days on market (DOM) YTD, and the appreciation percentage year over year. MarketFLASH can be used as an eblast, postcard, social media post and/or through the campaigns feature. The campaign is set to send on the 3rd Monday of the month to allow appropriate spacing from those agents sending the monthly newsletter.
Additionally, this can be sent as a trifold mailing using Xpressdocs to address, print, fold, label and mail. The cost for this service for 200-299 mailers is between $1.08-$1.14/per mailer depending on your speed of service. Currently this report is available in King, Snohomish, Pierce, Thurston, Skagit, Island, Whatcom, Kitsap, Cowlitz, and Clark counties in Washington State. Unfortunately, marketFLASH it not available in Oregon at this time, although we are looking into options to make that possible.

Testimonials & Reviews We know that today’s consumers pay attention and value reviews and testimonials when making buying or selling decisions. We also know that reviews are showing up in Google searches and can have a big impact on your search rankings, customers choosing you, and managing your online reputation. With DeltaNet you can link your branded reviews page to your Zillow or Facebook business account and collect all your reviews in one easy to access place. If you want to allow your clients to leave a review at their leisure, turn on the contact form on your page and they can click and send a review which will appear on your page automatically. All Bain agents have a page, just add customer-reviews to the end of your URL. For example: Janedoe.cbbain.com/customer-reviews Once you have the review, what do you do with it? Celebrate it with a social media post! Add the link to your branded reviews page to your email signature. Get the word out how great you are!

Buyer & seller books and guides Customized with your bio, testimonials, designations, and awards as applicable, our buyer and seller books take an in-depth look at the services we provide for our clients. If a book is too much for you, we also have the guides which are a condensed version with the same information. These books and guides can be professionally bound and printed and/or can be uploaded to your Bain webpage for digital use. The templated version of both items is no cost. However, keep in mind there is a cost for professional printing, as well as minimum order requirements. We also have an extended version available for those who want to customize their books with additional pages or designs. These are considered a custom project and a fee would apply.

Broker webpages Today’s savvy consumers understand the importance of using the internet to market and find homes. Setting up these profiles/websites will begin your process of establishing your online presence.
Each broker receives a standard broker webpage as a part of CBBAIN, however, we can help you spice these sites up with a few small changes!

giphys Staying in front of your clients is easier than ever with the animated GIFs and GIF stickers that we have available on our searchable Giphy channel. Just snap a pic, send to Instagram or Facebook, and select the GIF or sticker that you want to use. Customizable versions are also available for a charge. Our listing templates are stunning and are sure to wow potential buyers. Choose from 1 or 2 sided 8.5 x 11 flyers, or 11 x 17 folding brochure. Easily place a request through the listing marketing catalog or email your request to marketingsupport@cbbain.com. We know there a lot of variables to when a listing goes live, we ask that you allow as much notice as possible when requesting a flyer. Same days requests are often difficult to accommodate.
creative on demand Create flyers, ecards, and postcards on your time using DeltaNet’s creative studio. Listing information is pulled directly into your project from the MLS. Please note, although this is a great option when you are in a bind, it does not give you as much flexibility as the flyers created by your Regional Marketing Specialist. Pictures can be changed, but not resized or moved, not all templates have the appropriate disclaimer included, and you have limited options on the ability to change your text.

Listing postcards Let the neighbors know when your listing hits the market, when you’re holding an open house, and how quickly you get the home sold! Don’t forget to include your sphere, they like to know what you are up to also.

How to place a request LISTING MARKETING CATALOG For listing marketing, our easy to operate Listing Marketing Catalog is a fast, easy way to get us all the information we need to process your request. A link to the catalog can be found under RESOURCES on your DeltaNet dashboard.
Email us For all other requests (or if you prefer to use email over the form for listing requests) simply email your request to marketingsupport@cbbain.com Please include as much information as you can in your request including links to your photographer’s high-resolution photos, MLS numbers, comments & bullet points and any other applicable information for your request.
CUSTOM CREATIVE For any of your custom design needs, simply email your request to marketingsupport@cbbain.com. A custom fee may apply.
Our ticketing system No matter which way you submit your request, a ticket will be created in our ZenDesk system to monitor and track progress on your requests. As brokers you receive communication on these requests in the form of ‘tickets’ sent to your email. For some, this can be hard to follow – but there is a solution! You can track and respond to all your open and closed tickets, and tickets that are awaiting your response, all in one place through the Zen desk tile in DeltaNet. Please see your office staff of Regional Marketing Specialist if you need assistance navigating the system.

Project process and timelines You will receive your first draft on most Regional Marketing projects within 24 hours. From that point to completion can vary, and greatly depends on your timely responses to tickets. Proofs are sent for all projects. Please review all text, spelling, photos and property details to ensure all information is correct prior to giving final approval. If you have changes: Reply to the proof email with requested modifications. A new proof will be sent to you once changes are made. It is very helpful if you can reply to the ticket email with the draft that was sent to you. This assures that your responses will be recorded in the ticket and helps us manage changes. Sending a new email to marketingsupport@cbbain.com cause an additional ticket to be created, which then has to be merged into the original and can be quite messy. If NO changes ARE REQUIRED: Reply to the proof email with your approval to proceed. Your approval is required before any in-house printing or ordering from Xpressdocs. Please see your staff for in-house marketing timelines and procedures. Once you have approved your final product, your ticket will then be closed out. **NOTE: Projects received after 3pm will not be processed until the following business day. Please plan ahead as much as you can! Ticket which have remained open for 2 weeks with no response will be closed.
