Choose from either a 700mm or 900mm wall mounted unit, or alternatively a 700mm floor standing option. WALL COLUMN The simple styling is carried through to the tall wall mounted storage unit. EVOLUTION FEATURES 1. SOFT CLOSE DOORS All doors, apart from those on corner base units, are fitted with soft close technology to give a controlled and quiet closure. 2. CLOAKROOM & SPACE SAVING UNITS Storage in any bathroom is important, but more important if your bathroom is small. Maximising space in cloakrooms and en-suites has now become a key priority with any new installation as it's important that this space works hard to include all the bathroom features you require. Our 435mm, corner units and slimline width 500mm WC back to wall units have been specifically designed to conceal unsightly pipework and maximise space in even the smallest bathrooms, cloakrooms and en-suites. Not only do they offer solutions for those bathrooms with awkward spaces, but they provide that much needed storage which is particularly useful in small bathrooms.

3. MIRROR WITH DE-MISTER PADS Heated demister pads make steamy bathroom mirrors a thing of the past, and are fitted as standard on all mirrors with electrics. The heated demister pad will heat the mirror to a few degrees above room temperature within 2-3 minutes, preventing the mirror from misting in even the steamiest of bathrooms. The demisting effect will spread approximately 10-20% further than the pad itself. Evolution mirror units have been carefully chosen to complement their respective base units. 4. BATHROOM STORAGE & WC BACK TO WALL UNITS There are a variety of storage units within the Evolution range to provide a fully co-ordinated bathroom. All units are supplied fully assembled with the same superb quality finishes. The drawers feature high quality metal runners for smooth and easy operation, whilst all doors feature a soft close mechanism. The 500mm and 620mm WC back to wall units enable unsightly pipework to be concealed, providing a clean and clutter-free look.
The Vortex slimline concealed cistern is compatible with most Tavistock WC back to wall units. For more details please see page 75. 5.
The Connexions system can provide a variety of furniture configurations as illustrated above. Please see pages 118 -119 for further details on how you can achieve this look. 6. BATH PANELS Create a fully co-ordinated look by fitting a matching Evolution bath panel. The same high quality finishes are used in the manufacturing process. Bath panels are available in a variety of lengths depending on your bath size. 7. TOILET SEATS There are a number of toilet seats within the Tavistock range to perfectly co-ordinate with your Evolution bathroom. Please see pages 198 & 199 for more details. 8 & 9. EVOLUTION FITTED FURNITURE
CONNEXIONS If you prefer a fitted furniture look, Connexions allows our 700mm, 800mm and 1000mm vanity units to be used in conjunction with floor standing storage units and our WC back to wall units in a continuous run of furniture. A variety of worktop finishes; continuous plinths and in-fill panels complete this look. One of the essential requirements for a fully fitted look are continuous worktops and plinths. A variety of sizes of each are available; it is important that the correct sizes are selected for each installation. Plinths can be cut down when used in a run with a WC back to wall unit by concealing the joint behind the WC pan.

Worktops are provided on the 300mm storage units, however this is a painted finish rather than laminated and is more suited to stand alone configurations. If used in a run of furniture you may prefer to order a 624mm worktop and cut to size. Additional edge strips are provided with all worktops to allow edges to be neatly trimmed. When planning your installation, pipework runs are an essential consideration.

Applicable standard:- BS EN60598-2-6: 1995. Lamps used are low voltage halogen (12 volt, 20 watt). Light fittings are 12V Halogen and use G4 10W capsule bulbs, which are easily replaced. Our 435mm, corner unit and slimline width 500mm WC back to wall units have been specifically designed to conceal unsightly pipework and maximise space in even the smallest bathrooms, cloakrooms and en-suites. Not only do they offer solutions for those bathrooms with awkward spaces, but they provide that much needed storage which is particularly useful in small bathrooms. BASE UNITS Ease of installation is an important feature of the Aspen range. All base units are supplied
fully assembled and ready to fit. A strong and durable construction is achieved by using the finest manufacturing techniques. All visible exterior surfaces are finished using high gloss white lacquer, this includes the unit side panels, an area often overlooked. This quality finish provides a water resistant surface - vital within a bathroom environment. High quality runners and a metal construction ensure a perfectly smooth operating drawer system. Drawers can be fully removed and drawer fronts are adjustable to allow perfect alignment. MIRRORS WITH DE-MISTER PADS Heated demister pads make steamy bathroom mirrors a thing of the past, and are fitted as standard on all mirrors with electrics. BACK TO WALL FURNITURE Aspen back to wall furniture enables the fitting of back to wall wc’s, bidets and semi-counter top basins, cleverly concealing pipework and cisterns behind specially designed units. MERIDIAN FEATURES MERIDIAN VANITY BASE UNITS The Meridian base units are available in a wide range of sizes to suit a variety of installations from cloakrooms to family bathrooms. The range comprises of a corner unit and 400mm, 500mm, 600mm and 800mm vanity units. The doors and fascias are manufactured in robust MDF with either high gloss white or beech wood effect finishes. All units are supplied fully assembled for ease of installation with a sleek chrome handle on the beech unit and a stylish chrome door knob on the white unit. The corresponding ceramic slab-top style basins complement the clean lines of the units and support the fitting of a monobloc tap as standard. BATHROOM STORAGE & WC BACK TO WALL UNITS The 300mm bathroom storage floor cupboard reflects the contemporary design of the base units, whilst providing you with the much-needed extra storage space for the bathroom. The 600mm back to wall unit completes the look, and cleverly conceals unsightly pipe-work. These units can either be used as stand-alone items or alternatively form a run of furniture by butting them alongside the 500mm and 600mm sized base units to create a fully co-ordinated room setting.

MIRRORS & CANOPY OPTIONS Mirrors are available for the 500mm units and there are mirror and canopy combinations for the 600mm and 800mm units. The lighting canopies have been designed specifically for the Meridian range and are not intended for use with other items. Meridian lighting canopies have been carefully designed to comply with British Electrical Safety Regulations including: BS EN60598-2-6: 1995. Light fittings are 12 V Halogen and use G4 20W capsule bulbs, which are easily replaceable. WORKTOPS, PLINTHS & IN-FILL PANELS Meridian worktops are available in 624mm or 924mm lengths, depending on your installation requirements. The 300mm floor cupboard is supplied complete with worktop. Meridian white base units are supplied with corresponding plinths. Should you decide to create a run of furniture, 1220mm, 920mm and 800mm sized plinths are available in both beech and white finishes. A 300mm in-fill panel is available should you require it to create a more fitted look and can be cut down to complete a run of furniture. BATH PANELS There are a selection of bath panels to
complement your installation. The white routed panels offer great versatility as they can be cut down to size - front panel: 1700mm to 1500mm and end panel: 750mm to 700mm without affecting the design. The plain white front and end panels are simple and stylish and offer great value for money. The beech routed panels, available in 1700mm and 700mm sizes, co-ordinates perfectly with the Meridian beech shaker styling. TOILET SEATS A co-ordinating high gloss moulded white toilet seat will add the finishing touch to your Meridian bathroom. Please see page 199 for more details.
