Love You and Miss You
June 1, 1942 - Oct. 6, 2006 Three long years have passed since you went away. Not a day goes by that you are not talked about, by me, relatives and friends as well. Tears still fall quite often and seems they always will, that’s because we love you and we always will. “Love begins with a smile, grows with a kiss, ends with a tear.” When you were born, you were crying and everyone around you was smiling. Live your life so when you die, you’re the one smiling and everyone around you is crying.

CELEBRATIONS
THANK YOU
Thank you Mason City Noon Rotary Club members and their families helped assemble 100 layettes for mothers and newborn babies in Nicaragua. Each layette included items to help a mother and newborn survive those first critical weeks. The layette basics included cloth diapers and pins, infant t-shirts, receiving blankets, bath towels, wash cloths, baby nail clippers, baby soap and shampoo, and more. Our special thanks to the following businesses that donated several items and services for the layettes: The Hanford Inn; Hy-Vee East; and Century 21 Preferred. Rotarians will travel to Nicaragua in early December to distribute the layettes. For more layette project information, visit this Rotary Quick Link: http://tinyurl.com/m8tidx
