Melissa is the daughter of Steve and Nancy Cullen of Clear Lake. Randy is the son of Larry and Beverly Miller, also of Clear Lake.

Maid of honor for the bride was Amanda Cullen. Other attendants were Andrea Bacon, Casey Purcell and Shannon Schwenn. Scott Miller was best man and Andrew Cullen, Scott Lester and Josh Wells served as attendants to the groom. Flower girl was Avery Bacon and ring bearer was Blake Schwenn. Ushers were Patrick Finnegan, Josh Bacon, Mike Purcell and Bobby Escherich.

A reception following the ceremony was hosted by Garry and Diane Miller and Mike and Sue Finnegan.

Melissa is employed at the Mason City Clinic Heart Center in Mason City and Randy is employed with the City of Clear Lake Park and Rec Department.
