Concordia honors list SEWARD, Neb. — Rachel Miller, of Mason City, Iowa, was named to the fall term honors list for the first semester at Concordia University. The top 25 percent of undergraduate students who complete at least 12 credit hours and compile a grade point average of 3.5 or higher on a 4.0 scale, qualify for the honors list.

COUNCIL BLUFFS — Alexander M. Brayton, of Sheffield, was among the 2010 December graduates at Iowa Western Community College. Brayton, who graduated with honors, received an associate of arts degree in psychology.
