Start using cloth bags today, and save our world for tomorrow! Ideally, everyone would recycle their

plastic bags. The sad fact is only 3% of plastic shopping bags are recycled. People need incentives to reduce their consumption of disposable shopping bags. Some places, like Taiwan, China and San Francisco CA, have banned plastic shopping bags. Others, like Washington D.C. and Seattle WA, have placed a user fee on plastic bags.
