20, 1975, at First United Methodist Church in Humboldt, Iowa.

The couple will celebrate their 40th wedding anniversary.

Molly Brau and Sam Brown were married on May 16, 2015, at St. Ambrose Cathedral in Des Moines, Iowa.

Molly is the daughter of Steve and Susan Brau of Mason City. Sam is the son of Scott and Anne Brown, also of Mason City.

Molly is an Attorney in Des Moines and Sam is a Structural Engineer in West Des Moines. The couple reside in Ankeny.

ANNIVERSARY Kumshers celebrate 50 years Raymond Kumsher and Maxine (Sobek) Kumsher of Britt were married Sept. 18, 1965.

The couple will be celebrating their 50th anniversary at the Britt Evangelical Free Church with an open house from 1:30-3:30 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 20. The couple requests no gifts, please.

LATIMER — Brad and KaRene (Hill) Schermer of Latimer were married Sept. 22, 1990, at First Reformed Church in Alexander.

The Schermers previously celebrated their 25th anniversary with a family dinner in Latimer.

They are parents of three children: Jason Benson (Tafeeta), Thad Benson and Samantha Schermer. They also have three grandchildren: Brooklyn, Ava and Zane Benson.

Brown Molly Brau and Sam Brown were married on May 16, 2015, at St. Ambrose Cathedral in Des Moines, Iowa.

Molly is the daughter of Steve and Susan Brau of Mason City. Sam is the son of Scott and Anne Brown, also of Mason City.

Molly and Sam are 2006 graduates of Mason City High School and 2010 graduates of the University of Iowa. Molly is also a graduate of Drake Law School.

Molly is an Attorney in Des Moines and Sam is a Structural Engineer in West Des Moines. The couple reside in Ankeny.

Engleman, 40 years MASON CITY — Bruce and Glennys ( Biggs) Engleman of Mason City, Iowa, were married Sept. 20, 1975, at Zion Lutheran Church in Rockford, Iowa.

They celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary with a family dinner in August and will take a trip to Arizona next year.
