Lovell graduates from University of Texas CLEAR LAKE — Christopher Lovell, 22, recently graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Texas at Arlington. A cumulative grade point average of 3.9 on a 4.0 scale is needed for the summa cum laude distinction. While at UTA, Lovell was initiated into the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society. Phi Kappa Phi is the nation’s oldest honor society representing students and

scholars from all academic disciplines. Lovell also was honored as a Super Scholar Athlete for earning a 4.0 grade point average while playing on the NCAA Division I University of Texas at Arlington men’s golf team. With an enrollment of 33,500 students and located in the Dallas-Fort Worth metro area, UTA is the second largest institution in the University of Texas system.
