Justin graduated from Garner-Hayfield High School in 2005 and Iowa State University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science degree in ag studies. Justin is a district sales manager for LG Seeds.

The couple spent their honeymoon in Cancun and returned to their home in Garner.
