Northeastern State President’s List TAHLEQUAH, Okla. — Ellie Anderson, of Rockwell, was named to the President’s Honor Roll at Northeastern State University for the spring 2013 semester.

To be eligible for the President’s Honor Roll, students must complete at least 12 hours of undergraduate classes with a 4.0 grade-point average.

Univ. of Dubuque Dean’s List DUBUQUE — Matthew Manning, of Charles City, was named to the 2013 spring semester Dean’s List at the University of Dubuque.

To be named to the Dean’s List, a student must earn a grade point average of 3.5 or higher on a 4.0 scale.

Friends and family are invited to attend an open house between 1:30 and 3:30 p.m. at the Lakeview Room located in City Park at Clear Lake. Anyone who wishes to may also join them for a public cruise on the Lady of the Lake at 4 p.m.

The couple was married at Trinity Lutheran Church in Mason City on Saturday, Sept. 14, 1963, by Pastor Lavern Hanson.

Doug and Lynda’s children and grandchildren are Jeremy, Kari, Austin and Connor McMannes of Woodbury, Minn., and Jennifer, Joe and Christian (CJ) Groholski of Menasha, Wis. They lost their oldest son, James McMannes, in 1980.
