Whether it’s you with your spouse, friend or pet or even your two pets, send us a photo and brief description, in 50 words or less, of the photo explaining why it should be chosen. A panel of judges will select the top 10 pairs, which will be featured in our “Perfect Pair Contest.” Globe Gazette readers will vote online and choose the winner. In the event of a tie the panel of judges will choose the winners. Guidelines for photos: • Only two subjects can be in photo, but those two subjects can be any combination of human and pets • No professionally taken photos will be accepted The “Perfect Pair Contest” winner will receive a photo shoot and a 5-by-7 photo courtesy of Photography By Ashley. Second and third place prizes will also be awarded. The winners also will be featured in the February 26, 2012 edition of Lifestyles. Email entries to globe.contest1@globegazette.com must be received by 11:59 PM on Sunday, February 5. Mailed entries must be postmarked by Friday, February 3. Online voting will take place February 8-15.
