HELPING YOU LIVE BETTER. HEALTHY STARTS HERE. Winter Program Guide MASON CITY FAMILY YMCA

WELCOME Thank you for choosing our YMCA to meet your health and wellness goals. YMCA staff and volunteers are committed to helping you identify the best ways the YMCA can support and serve you. 2012 will be an exciting year for your YMCA as we celebrate 120 years in Mason City! We are planning a celebration this spring, so watch for more information. I hope all of you have had an opportunity to support the Blue Zones Project that will enable Mason City to be one of 10 cities in Iowa selected to make permanent environmental and policy changes to improve the emotional, physical and social health of residents. By participating in Blue Zones, we can lower health care cost trends, increase productivity, and increase economic vitality. Your YMCA is just one of the sponsors for this initiative. Exciting times in our community and for the Mason City Family YMCA! The YMCA offers something for everyone! We invite you to learn more about and participate in our programs, explore opportunities for volunteerism, and experience the caring spirit of our organization. Sincerely,
