NAMASTE Am truly honored to present the mystical art of Indian artist, Mukesh Kumar Saini. When I first saw this incredible series, I was absolutely mesmerised. His mandalas are absolutely fascinating and takes the mind of the viewer on a journey that enthralls and captivates. Mukesh is to me an old soul in a young embodiment. He is blessed with a great sensitivity to spirituality and yet has an open mind that respects the beliefs of others. This is essential if we human beings are bent on attaining peace through oneness. I always admire his work and wish him lots of success in his artistic endeavours. Om Shanti Peace peace peace Gloria Keh

An Artist’s Viewpoint

You will be astonished to know that this is the first time any of my creations have been done inside a circle (Mandala) and I would certainly like to give credit to my friend, a Singapore based painter and poetess, Mrs. Gloria Keh. It was in her Facebook group "Heartworks", when I was invited to participate in "Sadhana-81". The result of which lies in the creation of this series: very much esoteric and mystical; and infused with a spiritual energy centering upon the male-female relationships. In this series of drawings I have tried my best to show the relationship of human beings by incorporating various symbols, such as the sun, moon, flowers, leaves, trees, sky, air, water, earth, fire, fish, snake, cow, donkey, birds, etc. Human birth has been considered to be the rarest in Indian culture since ancient times. Our divine research on the human embodiment aims to erase all the miseries of the world, and to attain moksha, freedom, ie: the ultimate elements of god the father, ultimate bliss, unbroken love, unbroken peace and unbroken happiness. Man’s aim is to liberate himself from the cycle of birth and death. Then he attains salvation. To achieve this salvation many sages and methods in Indian spirituality were devloped by our sages, some very simple whilst some very complex and difficult. There are many paths such as the path of divine knowledge, the path of yoga, the path of meditation, the path of prayer and devotion (Bhakti), the path of Tantra etc. These drawings of mine are related to practices described in the Tantric scriptures: these practices take the shelter of the male and female bodies, awaken the divine powers in their consciousness, and leads them to salvation. These practices are very secretive, difficult and mystical. In these practices seekers consider themselves as "Shaiva-Shakti" (God/Goddess) and seek divine grace by doing spiritual practices; thus attaining spiritual powers. Besides being humans contributing to the spiritual and worldly progress of mankind. I have painted these drawings in black ink pen on A-4 size papers and have tried my best to express the spiritual outlook that lies hidden within me. I hope that these drawings will inspire and help you all to take up the spiritual path. Thank You
