Plan of Development、 which was particularly busy because of intensive preparations firstly for a fund raising campaign and secondly for the

The Friends of Scouting C)rganisation made very satisfactory progress during the year' and by January 1971` it became possible to transfer a certain number of new commitments to the Aff"iate。 Theseˇ new taske are being irnplemented in stages by the C)rganisation` wh1Gh also made a sub stantial contribution in money to the Association in November. The activities and progress rnade by the C)rganisation during∷

The Tsuen Wan Area Project The gradual expansion of the Movernent in this iIη portant industrial town has continued to produce results。 A number of new scouters Were recruited and trained in the cadets units'and it has been possible to reⅡ
