INTERNATIONAL STUDENT VIRTUAL MOBILTY PROGRAM (ISVMP) 2021
ISVMP 2021 is a three-day online activity conducted on April 20, 22,and 24, 2021 which gathered students from different countries to discuss multiculturalism. The event was an initiative of UPN “Veteran” Yogyakarta, Indonesia. Five students from BSU participated the activity.
LEARN MANDARIN, GO TO NANJING
The Learn Mandarin, Go to Nanjing Program is an initiative from the Association of Friendship and Education Promotion (AFEP) wherein students engage in a Mandarin language course from March until May 2021. Sixteen students from BSU completed the threemonth course.
EU WHIZ COMPETITION
Benguet State University placed second runner-up in the EU Whiz Online Trivia Competition on June 26, 2021. Ronica Raine Babsa-ay, Miriam Agnes Dampilag, and Sharilyn Rufino, represented the university. The team competed against 175 participants from different colleges and universities across the country. AEYA 2021
Clarence Gio S. Almoite (CF) and Ma. Angielou B. Reyes (CHET) joined the essay writing contest of the ASEAN Energy Youth Awards 2021. They were both coached by Ramon Fiangaan and Jhordan Cuilan. The results were announced on October.
