This chart shows that 29.4% of the requests receive by IRO is on scheduling for videoconferencing, 20.6 % for borrowing items from IRO and 17.6% for requests for Funding/ Financial Assistance, 11.9 % for the preparation of outbound and inbound travel documents, 11.8% on the facilitation of international agreements ,5.9% for the request of token and lastly, 2.9 % on the request for funding/ financial assistance.
