Every family business has a story to tell and WoodsEdge Farm is about as unique as it gets. Our names are Brent Walker and Amy Serridge and we are the proud owners of this circa 1700’s, private, working farm estate. WoodsEdge was purchased in 1980 by Brent’s parents who thoughtfully cultivated the land and built the barns that house our livestock. We have both grown up on the property alongside alpacas, llamas and Tibetan yak and were raised with a mission statement of trust, excellence and success. While WoodsEdge is and has been known as a vertically integrated textile business for over 40 years, it has also been home to countless events (including our very own wedding). From exotic livestock auctions to fashion shows and weddings to barn dances, we are no strangers to hosting hoe downs and black-tie galas. In 2006, we built what is known as the Wedding & Event Barn with the goal of creating memories that will last a lifetime. We take pride in being a multi-generational, family-owned and operated business and in keeping with the tradition, we are happy that we bring families and friends together to celebrate and share the most important events of their lives. We are fortunate to own 90 acres of serene New Jersey farmland and would be honored to share it with you!

It is privately owned and available on an exclusive basis only with a limited number of wedding & events accepted each year. In line with our ‘blank canvas’ approach, although we can provide you with a list of excellent, local vendors and help you plan your wedding, it’s entirely your choice what vendors you’d like use. This gives you the flexibility to create the perfect wedding day in your own personal style; a venue where memories are made, in an unforgettable setting for your unique and special day.

Farm Fresh Wedding Favors WoodsEdge is a real working, family owned & operated farm and we pride ourselves on producing heirloom products from our herds of alpacas, llamas, honey bees & Tibetan yak. With meaningful wedding gifts and favors, you express your appreciation to friends & family for being a part of your special day. By incorporating gifts from WoodsEdge, your guests will not only remember what a great time they had celebrating with you, but they will feel like they were able to take away a small piece of the farm.
We offer a variety of wedding favors and gifts fresh from our farm! Alpaca shaped escort cards are a fun way to add a unique touch to you seating card table. Holy cuteness! Custom cookies are a playful and a super yummy way to treat your guests. No cold feet here! Our alpaca socks will keep your bridal party, friends and family or guests’ feet toasty warm while wicking away moisture. Our WoodsEdge Wedding Wears are a perfect way to don your wedding attire year round. With a chill in the air, this October bride added our heirloom alpaca ruffle shawl to her wedding wardrobe. As she drapes it over her shoulders year-after-year, she relives the memories of the best day of her life. Our local raw honey is a wonderful way to thank your guest for bee-ing with you to celebrate your wedding day! Adding this sweet touch to your special day will give your guests something that they will enjoy long after you’ve left for your honeymoon.
For Your Consideration We only host one event per weekend. It’s your special day and our main focus is on you! Our Wedding Package is 3-days that allow you to begin decorating the day before your event from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. You then have access on the day of your event from 11:00 am to 11:00 pm to put the finishing touches on your vision and then celebrate into the evening. Get some rest and then return the next day between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm for final clean up.
Includes: • Exclusive use of the venue for you and your guests • Use of grounds for engagement photo session • Eight hours set up plus rehearsal the day before event • Permanent men’s & women’s restrooms • 12 hour time block on the day of your event ($200 each additional hour) • 250 guests maximum ($20 each additional guest) • Use of our spacious separate Bridal & Groom Trophy Room Suites & Mezzanine. • The perfect setting to say your I Dos - your choice of the Black Walnut Trees, Pasture View, the Oak Tree or Pond for your wedding ceremony • Spectacular twinkle lights in the Event Barn • 20 LED light fixtures that illuminate the walls & dance floor creating an unforgettable atmosphere • Parking attendants to greet your guests and transportation from the parking field to the Wedding & Event Barn via our wagon shuttle service • Six hours to come back the day after your event to clean-up • At least one representative from WoodsEdge will be on the premises during your event to assist with any questions that may arise and to oversee the placement of your venue decorations and meet your vendors • Use of black turf flooring installed by WoodsEdge • Use of hay wall installed by WoodsEdge • WiFi access Venue Rental: $12,500 (plus 7% NJ sales tax) Private events are only hosted from May-October Pricing is subject to change without notice
All you need to do is choose a... • Full Service Caterer who will take care of crafting mouthwatering nibbles and noshes for you and your guests as well as renting your tables, chairs, linens, china, menu and staffing needs. • Florist who will carefully cultivate exquisite bouquets, boutonnières & table arrangements. • Photographer who will capture every moment of your day from start to finish. • DJ or Band who will entertain your guests and pack the dance floor throughout the night. We are happy to recommend our preferred caterers, florists, photographers, DJs or bands should the need arise or you are welcome to use the professional of your choosing. Catering must be provided by a licensed and insured caterer and alcohol must be served by a licensed and insured bartender. Please see our Dream Team Preferred Vendor list for those who we recommend. Please note that the cost of catering as well as rentals (tables, chairs, dance floor, linens, china & draping) is not included in the rental fee.
