As a second-generation Auctioneer and Realtor, Elizabeth Monarch entered the Auction and Real Estate Industry in 2002.
Elizabeth is currently serving as the 100th State President of the Kentucky Realtors and is the Principal Broker for eXp Realty in Kentucky managing over 580 Realtors. She is a member of the Kentucky Auctioneers Association, the National Auctioneers Association and a member of Junior League of Louisville. Elizabeth is Past Regional Vice President of the Women Council of Realtors (Only 3 Women in Kentucky have ever held this office) representing 5 states at the National Level.
In 2001, Elizabeth graduated cum laude from Transylvania University majoring in Business Administration with a Finance/Economics Emphasis. In March 2004, Elizabeth completed a three-year Certified Auctioneers Program at Indiana University and received the CAI designation from the Certified Auctioneers Institute and National Auctioneers Association. In 2005, she received her Master’s in Business Administration from Bellarmine University. Also, Elizabeth received her Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) Designation and Professional Management Networking Designation (PMN). Having sold over 3,200 homes in her career, Elizabeth is licensed in both Kentucky and Indiana and is the co-owner of Auction Solutions, LLC and owner of The Monarch Group brokered by eXp Realty, LLC. She is passionate about her work and is known to be the “Hardest Working Real Estate Agent You Will Ever Meet!” Elizabeth currently resides in Bowling Green and Louisville KY. She attends church at Drakes Creek Missionary Baptist Church and loves to boat, golf and read.
