How Do Your Friends Positively Impact Your Life?
Think about your friends and what each of them brings to your life. Reflecting on memories of good times as well as the moments that challenged your bond.
Now it’s time to reach out to them and share your appreciation. With limited time for calls due to work and family, we have created some communication prompts. Use them to text or call a friend depending on which fits best for you.
First, think of three of your close friends that you have not had the chance to reach out to consistently. Write their names below. Include 2 words to describe your friend. Examples: trustworthy, fearless, cheerful, thoughtful, fabulous, dependable
