Max STREICHER GRuPPE - alTERnaTIvE zuM GRoSSRauMBÜRo Der neubau am Standort Deggenau sollte für ca. 150 Mitarbeiter eine offene und moderne arbeitsumgebung schaffen. Ein Großraumbürokonzept kam jedoch nicht in frage, da die hauptsächlich im Ingenieurwesen tätigen Mitarbeiter eine officeumgebung benötigen in der konzentriert gearbeitet werden kann. Die Team- und Gruppenbüros wurden nach höchsten Schalldämmungsansprüchen und ergonomischen Standards ausgestattet. Durch die schlanken Glastrennwände als alternative zur Wand entstand eine weitläufige und kommunikative arbeitsumgebung. GK Korpusschränke, als Raumteiler konstruiert, stehen Rücken an Rücken. Mit Dämm-Einlage dazwischen wird ein Schalldämmwert von 43 dB erreicht.

Max STREICHER GRouP – an oPEn SPaCE offICE alTERnaTIvE The aim of the new building in Deggenau was to provide an open and modern work environment for around 150 employees. an open-space office was not considered, however, since most members of staff work in engineering and require an office layout that ensures they can stay concentrated on their work. The team and group offices were fitted out to match the highest sound insulation requirements and ergonomic standards. a spacious and communicative work environment was created by using slim glass partition walls instead of masonry walls. GK carcass cabinets, engineered as partitions, stand back to back. Sandwiched between is an insulation layer, to achieve a sound reduction value of 43 dB.
GRouPE Max STREICHER - alTERnaTIvE au BuREau PaySaGER l'immeuble neuf situé à Deggenau doit créer un environnement de travail ouvert et moderne pour environ 150 collaborateurs. un concept de bureau paysager n'entre toutefois pas en ligne de compte car le personnel qui travaille essentiellement dans le domaine de l'ingénierie a besoin d'un environnement où il est possible de travailler en restant concentré. les bureaux des équipes et du groupe ont été aménagés pour répondre à des critères d'isolation phonique et des normes ergonomiques très sévères. les minces cloisons en verre utilisées à la place de murs permettent de créer un environnement professionnel spacieux et favorisant la communication. Des placards GK conçus pour cloisonner l'espace sont posés dos à dos. D'isolation acoustique de 43 dB.
Es entstanden Rückzugslandschaften z.B. in form der roten alcoven-Sitzgruppen. auf jeder Etage befinden sich zusätzlich diverse Besprechungsräume für Teammeetings sowie Teeküchen. Eingang und Empfangsbüro mit Theke, mehrere Konferenzräume, foyer, System-Glastrennwände.
Secluded spaces were created, e.g. in the form of the red alcove seating areas. Each building storey also offers various conference rooms for team meetings, plus kitchenettes. Entrance and reception with desk, multiple conference rooms, foyer, glass partition wall system. Des îlots en retrait, par exemple sous la forme de groupes de sièges rouges disposés en alcôves, ont été créés. Il y a également diverses salles de réunion à tous les étages pour les réunions d'équipes et préparer du thé ou du café. Entrée et bureau de la réception avec comptoir, plusieurs salles de conférences, foyer, cloisons séparatrices systémiques en verre.
