Summer Chicken Salad
Leftover Rotisserie Chicken 1/2 cup mayo 1/4 cup grilled corn 1/4 cup fresh or pickled jalapeño, chopped
Start by shredding up rotisserie chicken. In a bowl combine all your ingredients and mix thoroughly. Enjoy on some nice toasted crusty bread or on top of a crisp summer salad!
1 tbsp sriracha Cilantro, to taste Salt and Pepper, to taste
