Spicy Chicken Caesar Wrap
2 Chicken Breasts
Start by marinating your chicken, let marinate for an hour or two in the
2 Cups Chopped Romaine
fridge. Grill chicken, about 7 minutes per side and let rest for 7-10 minutes
1/2 cup croutons
to cool down a little bit so you don’t wilt your lettuce. Chop your romaine
2-3 Tbsp.Caesar Dressing
lettuce into small pieces. In a large mixing bowl add Siracha and Caesar
1 Tbsp. Siracha
dressing, throw in your lettuce and croutons, I crush the croutons up a little
2 Large Tortillas
bit so you can get a little crunch in each bite. Cut up your chicken and add to your mixing bowl, mix together until everything is combined. Add half of
Chicken Marinade Ingredients:
your mixture to one of your tortillas and wrap it up, repeat with the other.
2 Tbsp.Balsamic Vinegar
