Does the centre have any offers/ loyalty schemes running at the moment? If so, what are they and how long do they run for?

Yes, Cardiff Veterinary Centre currently has an offer of a 15% discount for first-time clients. This discount can be applied to any treatment or surgical procedure. This offer is a great way for new clients to experience the high-quality care and services that we provide at a discounted rate. It is a great way to welcome new clients and help them make the most of their first visit. It is important to note that this offer is only available for a limited time, it would be helpful to inform the clients when this offer will end.

The centre has separate kennels for cats and dogs. What is the reasoning behind this?

The reasoning behind having separate kennels for cats and dogs in a veterinary practice is likely to reduce stress and minimize the risk of disease transmission between the two species. Cats and dogs have different behaviours, social structures, and health concerns, and keeping them in separate areas allows for more specialized care and attention. Additionally, some cats and dogs may have aversions or allergies to the other species, and separating them can help to keep them more comfortable during their stay at the veterinary practice.

What customers say

Griff’s first visit today, he’s a very wriggly dog but the staff were so good with him. We were given a tour of the amazing facilities and introduced to all of the team. Great customer service and lots of parking. Thank you.

Penelope Collins

Been there with my over reactive German Sheppard dog for vaccination. Everything went much smoother than expected. Do recommend.

Took my young Welsh Springer puppy for his initial vaccine, absolutely delighted with the staff, all so friendly and welcoming, made a huge fuss of the puppy. Gabriela was super with him and gave him a good check over and explain vaccinations in depth. Thank you all.

Julie Williams

Amazing local practice. Top facilities, lovely staff. Won’t be taking my two boys anywhere else.
