MAKING THE
MISSION
WORK
JOB TRAINING Mission: Jobs Goodwill offers job training programs for individuals facing barriers to employment. Some participants with limited work histories, educational attainment, and/or English language skills complete a work-readiness program as the first step toward a job in customer service, food service, retail, housekeeping, administration, and other fields. Others may choose to enter a skills-training program that prepares them to succeed in a specific industry, such as human services. Individuals with disabilities who require structured support to work are often trained on-the-job and, over time, transition to work in the community. Visit www.goodwillmass.org
