Any person who makes a written objection to the proposal and is dissatisfied with Council’s determination of the application may appeal to the Land and Environment Court in accordance with Section 98 of the Act. If a Commission of Inquiry is held, the determination is final and not subject to appeal under Section 98 of the Act.
