On behalf of all of us here at Gosford City Council, I would like to extend my thanks to the emergency services workers and countless volunteers for their tireless efforts during the response and ongoing recovery from the recent Central Coast storm - we are all thankful for your dedication during this trying time. I would also like to congratulate our council staff, who went above and beyond their roles to ensure the safety of our community. While there is no doubt that this was a stressful time for us, the way we have all pulled together makes me proud to be a Coastie.

Submissions will be made available for viewing on Council’s website. To help the efficiency of the assessment process, no late submissions will be considered. Any person who makes a written objection to the proposal and is dissatisfied with Council’s determination of the application may appeal to the Land and Environment Court in accordance with Section 98 of the Act. If a Commission of Inquiry is held, the determination is final and not subject to appeal under Section 98 of the Act.
