L/Leg then later in the L/Arm above & below the elbow, Westhoek Ridge-proceeded to walk to Bellevarde Ridge for medical attentionPasschendaele, Belgium 4 Oct 1917- Killed between Westhoek & Bellevarde Ridge on way to Dressing station-Belgium/ Bellevarde Ridge in on the edge of Chateau Wood where the missing mans effects were found/
