Gosford Times 9th July 1915 Latest news from out two sick boys in Sydney hospitals, Messrs Will Woodbury and Roy Pemberton, is, although they are not out of danger, they are so pitiably weak as to be making very slow work of convalescence.
Gosford Times 16th July 1915 Woodbury, who is in a Sydney hospital, took a very bad turn again last week, but we hope he soon recovers himself again.

Woodbury, 7th Light Horse, aged 18 years 2 months, youngest and only single child of Mrs S. Woodbury. He marched away so bravely, His young head proudly held; His footsteps never faltered, His courage never failed. His King and country called him, The call was not in vain; On Australia’s roll of honour You will find our Willie’s name. Inserted by his sorrowing mother, Mrs S. Woodbury, 42 Kingston Road, Camperdown. WOODBURY – Pte. W.J. Woodbury, 7th L.H. killed in action at Gallipoli October 19. 1915, aged 18 years. Sadly a brother and sister are thnking Of their soldier brother so brave; Far away from the land of wattle, In a hero’s grave he lies. Inserted by his loving brother and sister, Ada and Arthur.
