HIFU - Skin Tightening The Science
HIFU targets the same layer of skin addressed in cosmetic surgery, penetrating the foundation layer of your skin. Instead of using lasers which infiltrate from the outside in, HIFU bypasses the surface and delivers targeted energy specifically into the deep structural tissues and muscles where collagen lives. The HIFU treatment works by penetrating the skin with ultrasound energy to stimulate the collagen production in the deep dermal and sub dermal levels resulting in micro injury to that tissue. As the tissue heals, it increases the collagen and as these collagen fibres organise and shorten a tightening effect is seen on the skin.

The Bespoke Buddy Scheme was launched by pairing staff up with a fellow team member to offer each other best practice sharing ideas as well as a one to one support network. Often people don’t know who to turn to or they may find talking to large groups about how they feel quite daunting, therefore the small one to one structure is so effective. “I joined Bespoke in November and can honestly say I do not know what I would have done these last few months without the support of the staff here.
