BROWNS Brisbane Campus Study in Brisbane: Australia’s third largest city and the capital of Queensland. Brisbane is a progressive, cultural and vibrant city with a warm climate all year round. There is a variety of live music and entertainment in venues throughout the city, as well as major festivals, carnivals, sporting and community events. The local people of Brisbane are friendly, “easy-going” and enjoy living a relaxed outdoor lifestyle. BROWNS Brisbane Campus is located in the heart of the city’s popular shopping district, next to the city’s main station of public transportation. The stunning campus occupies the entire first floor of a modern building and overlooks the spectacular Museum of Brisbane and King George Square. The school’s impressive study zone has 53 student computers, all with high-speed internet access, equipped with headsets and the latest ESL learning software. There is also a large cable-connected big screen TV, projecting the latest news in English from around the globe. Every classroom features an LCD TV screen, smart-wired to the internet, to enhance the language acquisition process. The school kitchen boasts 10 microwaves, 2 fridges, a filtered water system and tea/coffee making facilities. Students can appreciate the buzzing energy and multicultural atmosphere of Brisbane city from the school’s grand balcony. There are also squash courts and shower facilities on the top floor of the building, free for BROWNS students to use.

BROWNS Gold Coast Campus Study on the Gold Coast: Australia’s sixth largest city situated in the south-east corner of Queensland. The Gold Coast is renowned for its famous surf beaches, expansive waterways, subtropical rainforest, large shopping centres and exciting nightlife. With an average of 300 days of sunshine per year, it is no wonder that the Gold Coast is the favourite holiday destination of most Australians! The city stretches along 57km of Pacific Ocean coastline and has an attractive skyline of modern highrise buildings. BROWNS Gold Coast Campus is conveniently located in the city’s central business district; close to cafes, shops and public transport and only a 10 minute walk to the beach. The environmentally sustainable school building has direct frontage to the beautiful Southport Broadwater Parklands, a sprawling green retreat perfect for sports activities and barbeques. The school’s fantastic study area features 40 student computers, all with high-speed internet access, equipped with headsets and the latest ESL learning software. There is also a large cable-connected big screen TV, showing news channels “live” from the English-speaking world. Every classroom has an LCD TV screen, smart-wired to the internet, to stimulate the language development of students. The school kitchen has 6 microwaves, 2 fridges, a filtered water system and tea/coffee making facilities. Students can sit at the school’s courtyard garden tables and enjoy lunch or conversation with friends.
