Friends, It is hard to believe that it is already time for the second annual Langford/Copeland production sale. We were so honored by the turnout and support of the sale by so many great folks last year. We would like to say thank you to all of those who expressed interest, attended and purchased in last year’s “The Event” and we welcome and look forward to having you as guest this year. We are very appreciative of the Langford family for wanting to have this joint sale with us and for their allowing it to be held at their beautiful ranch in Okmulgee. The offering this year is even more powerful and we are excited to offer our very best to you. These cattle come from a real world , no nonsense , working ranch environment and should do well any place you want to take them. Generations of performance records and relentless selection for cattle that are sound in every way should allow you to buy with confidence. We feel that these cattle can show, if that is your desire, and make great breeding stock as well.

SALE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Terms of the sale are cash or good check. All cattle are to be paid for during or immediately after the sale and will not be released until after settlement has been made. All statements made from the auction block take precedence over all printed material. Cattle will not be transferred until paid for in full. Langford Herefords and Copeland Herefords are retaining one flush with a guarantee of 6 grade 1 embryos on lots 2-8 and 10-25 at the buyers convenience and sellers expense.

As a general rule, we take a ”no nonsense” approach to selecting cows for our donor program. Not only does a donor cow for us have to perform by the numbers but they must also excel in convenience traits. Things like great dispositions, great teat and udder shape and great feet. Couple that with insisting they calve on time and can just plain survive under our extreme conditions. The two cows shown are just examples of what you can pick from. The buyer will get to select from any of the Copeland donors under ten years of age and not multiply owned. Owner guarantees six transferable embryos and one pregnancy. All embryos over six will be split equally among buyer and seller. In the event there is an odd number over six then the buyer shall receive the odd embryo. Buyer pays all flush costs. HOW TO PARTICIPATE AS AN ABSENTEE BUYER

We have made preparations to bid and buy livestock through Superior Productions’“Call or Click-To-Bid” service for those unable to attend in person on sale day. Here’s How It Works... Turn in Bids Over the Phone. This is our traditional method of buying livestock. To get started, simply go online to www.superiorlivestock.com and click on the tab titled “Register for a Buyer Number.” Select the registration form of Superior Productions and print the registration form, fill it out and fax it in to Superio Productions at (817) 378-3380 with a signature on it. You can also mail it in to the address provided on the form. Upon receipt of this information, Superior will call you with a buyer’s number and the bid line phone number that you will use on sale day to place bids over the phone. Click-To-Bid. This is Superior’s newest way to buy cattle! Registration is free, but you must become a member of www.superiorclicktobid.com to sign up. Becoming a member is easy, just go to the home page of www.superiorclicktobid.com and follow the outlined steps to get started. Input your information and select a username and password. From that point forward, you just have to sign in and select the sale you would like to register for and, once approved, you will be ready to bid online. Viewing the Auction.
