I feel this feedback tool has enhanced our working relationship and our division as a whole.

Employee Comments: This feedback tool helps me stay focussed, get weekly feedback and get answers to questions in a timely manner. I feel that I have grown as an employee and my productivity has increased from these weekly meetings. I also was able to keep Marjorie in tune with the progress on my projects. It was also a good opportunity to talk about some training I needed, which I was able to arrange.
