Accountability Agreements - Sample College President Business Focus Statement The business success, academic integrity, and reputation of Alpha Omega College. Operational Accountabilities I am personally accountable for: • • • • • • • •

Goals Governance and Administration •

Create a new division of Student Affairs and Campus Life, and hire a new vicepresident to lead the division by December.

Development of Vision, Strategies, Priorities for College • •

Obtain Board approval on program content and delivery, including new programs, services, forms of delivery by June. Achieve 70% of enrollment capacity, through early acceptances, by January 31.

Organizational Climate •

Complete Accountability Agreements for the Board by December 15.

College Expansion • •

Gain Board and Government approval of the 8-phase Campus expansion plan, and to secure government funding for the first phase ($28 m) by September 1st. Secure 190th Ave. W. Right-of-way for Campus expansion.

Funding • • •

Raise the level of operational funding for the College to $12.5 million through private sector donations and sponsorships. Secure a 15% share of education funds from the state Government. Increase endowment fund reserves by 10% over last fiscal year.

Share Accountability Agreement with Board and obtain their input/support annually. Complete Accountability Agreements with my direct reports by end of year and review/update quarterly with team.
