What Manager/Supervisors Do to Make Employees Feel Supported Helping employees to feel supported and valued is critical in the manager/employee relationship. It’s also been identified as a priority for Social Services and Seniors. The following list of real life examples has been compiled from actual employee comments. The list represents actions by management which employees report help them to feel supported.
