Welcome to the 8th Gower Walking Festival, with 73 walks over 16 days. We offer you opportunities to delve into history, be awestruck by unique landscapes, eat gorgeous local food, explore archaeological sites, see the coast from the sea, or just meander beside sparkling rivers, paddle on sandy beaches, listen out for choughs and see buzzard soar over woodland.
There are gentle strolls and strenuous walks, up hills and down valleys. You can even walk forty miles over two days, taking in the Gower coast from Bracelet Bay to Penclawdd.
We have a wonderful team of local volunteers ready to introduce you to the magnificent scenery and wildlife of the Gower Peninsula, Britain’s first Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
