This morning we continue touring Oslo with a local guide. We’ll pass the medieval Akershus Fortress from the 13th century, the City Hall, Royal Palace, Parliament, and more. One highlight will be Aker Brygge – once a ship’s wharf, it is today a pedestrian area with shops, restaurants, and cultural activities. We’ll also make a stop at the Vigeland Sculpture Park, one of Norway’s most-visited attractions with over 200 stone, bronze, and cast iron sculptures. Our final stop will be the famous Viking Ship Museum, home to the best-preserved Viking ship on display. This was discovered across three royal burial mounds by the Oslofjord. The evening will be at your leisure to continue exploring this beautiful city. Meals: B

Our morning starts with a scenic drive to Eidsvoll, the site where the Norwegian Constitution was signed in 1814. Afterwards, our journey continues north through the town of Hamar. Upon arrival in Lillehammer, we’ll visit the spectacular Maihaugen museum. With close to 200 buildings, this museum is one of Europe’s largest open-air museums. Tonight, we’ll relax in Gala at a hotel overlooking a stunning lake. Meals: B, D
