GETTING STARTED
Download and set up your GPCC Phone App
DOWNLOAD YOUR GPCC PHONE APP
To download the GPCC Phone App:
Search 'GPCC' in your preferred App store, or click on the relevant button below.
Follow the prompts to download the GPCC Phone App.
Allow Notifications. Once installed, open the App on your phone (look for the GPCC logo/icon).
Go into Settings to set up Subscriptions (see instructions on the right).

ForsomeinformationthatcomestotheGPCCPhoneApp,youhave theoptiontochoosewhatNotificationsyoureceive,dependingon whatyourchildisinvolvedin.
WerecommendviewingallSubscriptionoptionsandselectingallof thecategoriesthatarerelevanttoyourchild/ren.Ifcategoriesare alreadyselected,justdeselecttheonesthatarenotrelevanttoyou.
Pleaseensurethatyouhaveselectedeither'Primary','Secondary',or bothdependingonwhatyearlevelyourchildrenarein.

1. HOW DO I LOG INTO THE PARENT LOUNGE MODULES?
Use the same log in details as you normally would when logging into Parent Lounge online. This is a number specified by the College and your chosen password. Contact us if you have forgotten your username number.
2. HOW OFTEN DO I NEED TO LOG IN TO PARENT LOUNGE?
TheParentLoungemodules(ParentLounge,Absences, Events/Payments)willpromptyoutologinevery90days (approximatelyonceaterm).
TheParentLoungewebsite(viaHelpfulLinks)requires youtologineverytime.YoucanlogoutoftheParent Loungemoduleswheneveryoulikebyclickingon'Account Settings'fromtheAppsettingsicon,then'SignOut'.
3. HOW DO I VIEW A PAST EDITION OF THE NEWSLETTER?
Click on the ‘Newsletter’ icon from the App Home Page. Click on the 3 lines in the top left corner of the screen. Click on ‘Newsletter Archive’ and then browse to the Newsletter edition you wish to view.

TheGPCCPhoneApphastwoparts,enablingustosend variedtypesofinformationtodifferentpartsoftheApp: GeneralandCo-CurricularNotices: Thesesectionsareusedforgeneral,whole-schoolnotices andonlyincludedetailsthatwouldalsobepublished online.Noprivateorsensitiveinformationissenttothese partsoftheApp.
ParentLoungeSection: Informationthatissensitiveorchild-specific,orwewould nototherwisepublishonline,appearsintheParent LoungeNotifications.Youcanonlyaccessthissectionof theappandreceivethesenotificationsifyouarelogged inusingyourpersonalParentLoungelogindetails.
