Message from the PRESIDENT

No matter where you are, there is a place where risk can turn into opportunity, ideas can become solutions and the future can distinguish itself from the past.

The edge is a distinctive space. It can be cutting, leading, competitive and entrepreneurial, but most importantly, it is the cusp of change.

At Northwestern Polytechnic we are creating a unique environment where confidence is the ultimate catalyst for results. We are pushing boundaries and reimagining the definition of entrepreneurial as we transform individual interests into impactful skills and expertise.

Northwestern Polytechnic’s 10-year Strategic Plan: Edge of Distinction shares collaborative priorities and an ambitious vision that will optimize potential. With a new designation and expanded runway for success, we will break new ground as we strengthen connections, align resources, and build human capital.

Northwestern Polytechnic acknowledges that our campuses are located on Treaty 8 territory, the ancestral and present-day home to many diverse First Nations, Métis, and Inuit people. We are grateful to work, live and learn on the traditional territory of Duncan’s First Nation, Horse Lake First Nation and Sturgeon Lake Cree Nation, who are the original caretakers of this land.
