In class Design Work: Wedding Bouquet Design by Jane Packer Flowers Used: Sun Flower Spray Roses Oryza Savita Dracaena Godseffiana Baker It is a simple elegant design with Oryza Savita on the side draws the attention.
Geometric Line Design Flowers Used: Typha Red Ginger Chrysanthemum Alstremeria The bended Typha make the geometric groups of line to create space inside the geometric form design.
Foliage Design Flowers Used: Asplenium Shefflera Sun Flower Eryngium Baby Carnation The Asplenium presented at different height makes the focal point of the design. The shape of Asplenium is very sitable for this design. Instead of only using main flower as the focus, this design uses foliage as the main focus.
Parallel Line Design Flowers Used: Typha Protea Eustoma Salal Baby Carnation Protea is a very strong character flower. With the pink Eustoma to match with the Protea. Besides, Eustoma also connecting the Typha with the main flower Protea.
Vertical with Heavy Line Flowers Used: Bird of Paradise Eustoma Mums Cordyline Use the Bird of Paradise to create the vertical line of the whole design. The way to put the Bird of Paradise would affect the whole outcome a lot. The folded leaves at the bottom makes the design looks more elegant.
Floral Design. Own Design: L-Shape Flower Usd: Calla Lily Garden Rose Alstroemeria Eucalyptus Aspidistra With Calla Lily as the focal point and a long piece of eucalyptus next to it slightly bending to the right to soften the effect. Garden roses is another focal point in this design.
Floral Design Flower Used: Gerber, Sweet Pea, Rose, Bridal Wreath, Scabiosa atropurpurea, Veronica Pink, Salal It can be used as table flower or bouquet. I used six kinds of flowers in this design is to match their shape, form and color to create this floral design. Bridal wreath helps to bring vitality in the design and if it is used as wedding bouquet, Bridal wreath can always give a sense of romance.
Floral Design. Mini Garden
Mini Garden Flower used in this design: • Roses, Sunflowers, Hyacinth, Bridal Wreath, Scabiosa atropurpurea, Alstroemeria, Wheat, Salidago altissima, Gypsophila Paniculata, Asparagus Srengeri, Pristimera cambodiana, Pittosporum, It is a mini garden with a meaning of life. There are three different path in the garden, some looks brighter while some looks like more difficult. There are two flowers circle and a leave served as shelter in the middle which are actually from different path but they are connected to each other at that point. It is the time we can choose another path at the connecting point. Sometimes, we just circulate around the circle in life and do not know what we really want or we hesitate and stop to rest at the shelter. Some people who are braver and have courage to take challenge to move on will finally achieve what they want in life.
Proposed Hong Kong International Airport Park • Inspired by the Singapore Changi Airport with lush of greenery inside the airport and the Amsterdam Airport Park • A relaxing and comfortable seating area surrounded by the green • Site: Connecting area near Gate 36 as there is a spacious area available for Park design • Purpose: To raise the awareness of get close to the nature and provide comfortable area especially for flight delay and long transit passengers
